About Busy Collector

Busy Collector is my independent buying and collecting project. I buy suitable old restaurant menus, vintage paper, advertising, and small memorabilia. I sort and research material, keep some pieces, and trade or resell others.

Sending an inquiry

This website lets you send photos and information about items you may wish to sell. An inquiry is not a sale, a commitment to buy, or an obligation for you to accept an offer. I may decline material that is not a fit.

Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and send only photos and material you have permission to share. Please do not include financial account details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for evaluating your items.

Purchase arrangements

You and I agree on the items, price, packing, shipping, and payment arrangements before you send anything. I personally stand behind our agreement and will pay you as agreed for the items we agree I will buy. Packing and shipping coverage applies to agreed purchases, with arrangements agreed together. Please contact me before shipping anything.

Opinions, not appraisals

I make direct purchase offers. I do not provide formal appraisals, written valuations, or guarantees about an item’s market value or future resale price. Any informal opinion or suggestion about where to sell is not a promise that an item will sell at a particular price.

Privacy and submitted material

Information and photos submitted through the website are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before submitting an inquiry. Illustrative website images are examples, not promises to buy every item shown.
