Busy Collector is the name I use for my buying and collecting project. I operate busycollector.com to receive and evaluate inquiries about old paper, advertising, and small memorabilia.

When you submit an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, city and state, optional phone number, rough quantity and age or date range, how the material was acquired, a short description, and uploaded photos.

My hosting and security systems may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and referral information.

I use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand visits and inquiry activity. For U.S. traffic, basic analytics starts without an upfront Accept prompt unless you have disabled it or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Google applies regional defaults: analytics cookies are enabled for U.S. visits and disabled elsewhere unless you explicitly enable analytics. When cookies are disabled by regional defaults, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement requests; these do not provide the same visitor or session reporting. GA4 may receive approximate location, browser/device type, pages visited and categorical inquiry interactions. Advertising cookies, Google Signals, user-provided data and advertising personalization remain disabled. I do not send inquiry contents, names, emails, phone numbers, descriptions, photos, or photo links to Google.

Unless you opt out, I read validated campaign tags and the referring website’s domain from the current visit to understand how you found this site. Automatic mode keeps this information only in page memory; an explicit analytics opt-in may also store it for the browser session. Source information may accompany an inquiry notification. Full referring URLs and inquiry contents are not used as analytics parameters.

I use this information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, communicate about a possible purchase, operate and secure the site, prevent spam and fraud, measure site performance and advertising conversions subject to measurement choices and regional settings, keep reasonable business records, and comply with law.

I share information only with providers that support hosting, email, form and photo storage, security, and Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement subject to the choices described here; when required by law or needed to protect rights; or as part of a business transfer.

I do not sell or rent personal information, and I do not use inquiry details or photos for unrelated marketing.

I retain inquiry information and photos only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, I delete or de-identify it where practical.

There is no automatic consent popup on arrival. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to disable analytics or explicitly enable it. Existing declines and Global Privacy Control are respected. If disabled before a page loads, Google measurement scripts are not loaded. Disabling after loading stops this site’s future measurement calls, updates Google’s consent state and clears accessible Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Preferences apply to this browser; browser restrictions can prevent them from persisting. You can also use your browser’s tracking and cookie controls.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing [email protected]. Your browser controls may also let you limit cookies.

I use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is guaranteed secure.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
